Preventing and Treating Tennis Elbow in Tennis Players

Tennis Elbow is a common condition that effects the lateral (outisde) portion of the elbow joint and upper forearm, resulting in a siginificant amount of pain when shaking hands, holding onto grocery bags, lifting a briefcase in the palm-down position and rotating the wrist when using a screwdriver. Invasive treatments are often utilzied to treat Tennis Elbow, but by implementing a few preventative techniques, stretches and exercises, this disorder can be prented as well as treated without invasive measures.
