Weight Loss: Treadmill Exercise

On a regular basis I listen to individuals tell me they are jumping on the treadmill to do cardio exercise. When I ask them how much time they invest running and I get replies that differ from 20 mins to several hours. I question if these people do cardio exercise on the treadmill machine simply because they enjoy running, or has somebody convinced them they can burn fat doing it? I assume most of them run for the benefit of fat burning, and not many of them truly enjoy running. The horrible news for people who run for fat loss is it does very little to help them burn fat. Read on and I will explain.
