Posterior Tibial Tendonitis

The Tibialis Posterior muscle is located at the back of the calf, underneath the other calf muscles. A Tendonitis is an overuse tendon injury. There is some confusion over this condition and Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD). These are two distinct conditions, with tendonitis sometimes leading to the development of PTTD
