How To Tone Your Obliques By Performing Reverse Twists

This exercise is really going to help you tone those obliques, because after this exercise, there's no doubt you'll feel soreness in that area. The obliques are your waist muscles, or better described as that muscle on the side of your stomach that flexes when you bend over to either side of your body. This is important to workout along with the "normal six pack abs" because most people seem to forget about the obliques. Then when people work out the front portion of their abdominals, they have a nice chiseled frontal stomach, but the sides of their stomach (your waist) might be flabby and have extra, unwanted fat.
